PHP Calendar: An events scheduler. GitHub
PHP Calendar is an Events calendar with a few bells and whistles!
The main feature is the ability to register for events. a user clicks on a register link and registers for the event. Admin can turn on/off registration for each event. Another feature is an announcement board for news or more info on events. It comes with two themes to choose from or you can create your own to match your website.
Scheduling an event is as easy as entering the name and date of the event, whether or not to allow registration for the event, and any information about the event, then pressing a button. You can schedule more than one event for any given day.
View past and current events in the Manage Events tab. You can edit and delete events by selecting it from the View Current Events dropdown menu. Change the name of the event and the additional information as well as turn registration on and off. View and print out a list of registrants for each event by selecting the event from the Registration dropdown menu. You can mass delete past events by clicking the purge events button.
If you have a secure membership type website you can also allow users to schedule events. Set the number of days after which you want events deleted by purging and the default theme for the calendar. Post messages and info about current events using the Announcement box and of course you can change both the admin name and password under the Change Login Info tab.
Finally you can add Administrators, delete Administrators and change Administrators passwords as well as changing your own password.
